Technology/Project
Coordinator
Project Managers are the liaison between sales, web design,
programming, and our clients. They coordinate the development
of each project including assisting with quote preparation,
design concepts, content collection/creation, and complete oversight
from inception to completion. Position requires solid working
knowledge of web development. Candidates will possess the ability
to manage multiple projects, developers, clients and deadlines
at a given time. Excellent oral and written communication skills
a must.
Graphic Designers
Creative, innovative individuals responsible for graphic interface
design for websites from concept to HTML programming and uploading.
Candidates will be skilled in common web development tools
such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc. Working
knowledge of HTML and JavaScript required. PERL, CGI, XML,
SQL and ActionScript a plus. Motivated individuals will become
part of a high energy, fast-paced creative atmosphere. Inquire
about part time freelance and full time in house positions.
Web Developers
Responsible for the implementation and configuration of applications
into multiple web-based projects at a time. As well as for
editing, content implementation and completion of sites created
by designers. Developers will work closely with project managers
to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
Ability to hand code HTML.
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver or equivalent product.
Working knowledge of Photoshop.
Some exposure to JavaScript programming.
Basic understanding of general web technologies (cookies,
cgi, server-side scripting, etc.)
Ideal
candidates are highly motivated individuals with keen attention
to detail and will possess good oral and written communication
skills. Excellent opportunity for beginning developers to
get professional experience.
Programmers
Assist in the research and development of web-based software.
Possible freelance opportunity, an in-house developer is preferred.
The position requires at least 1-year experience working with
JAVA or PERL. Candidates will be motivated, team oriented,
and have the ability to handle several projects/deadlines
at a given time. Experience with UNIX environments, SQL and
XML a plus.
UNIX System Administrator
Responsibilities include:
Build, configure and maintain Solaris/Linux machines for mid-sized
hosting network.
Cluster and load balance network resources.
Maintain network at 24x7x365 uptime
Build, configure and maintain Intel machines for LAN development
environment.
Mail server administration, multiple platforms.
Maintain network backup system.
Ongoing security auditing and capacity planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years professional experience with UNIX, Linux
(Red Hat & SUSE), Solaris.
In depth knowledge in at least one of the following:
Sendmail, PostFix, Qmail or Netscape Messaging server.
Expert in Apache web services, DNS, Shell scripting, CheckPoint
and RAID systems.
Minimum three years experience in building and maintaining
highly available
web hosting networks and server clusters.
Professional/Educational exposure to Iplanet web server, Oracle
and MySql a plus.
